We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is situated opposite the River, providing an excellent opportunity for a stroll in the evening. The hotel facilities are highly impressive, and we were fascinated by the different types of balloons beautifully decorated in our room. Moreover, the staff we met were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially those in the Grand Club. Also, the breakfast provided was delicious.

Located near the river, this hotel offers beautiful views of the water and a great place for a relaxing evening stroll. the All-Day-Dining restaurant serves tasty food, and the staff is friendly and attentive. the room is spacious and well lit, providing a comfortable stay.
The nearby construction can be a bit noisy and disruptive at times, making it a bit unpleasant.

My experience at the hotel was not entirely pleasant. The air conditioning in the room did not work well, and the room was uncomfortably warm.

The hotel had a great location near all the popular areas and the view was fantastic. the breakfast buffet had a range of options to choose from and the staff were friendly.
The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor, there was litter in the corridors and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. the towels in the room were also stained and old.

The room was impeccably designed and very comfortable, with exclusive amenities that met my needs. the indoor swimming pool and gym were nice, and the in, room breakfast was a great touch. the location was very convenient, with many good restaurants and entertainment options nearby.
Cons , I did notice a slight odor of smoke in the corridor, which was a minor issue for me. Despite that, the hotel made up for it with exceptional service and a great selection of snacks in the bar/lounge area.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt was truly wonderful and relaxing. The room was spotless clean and the design and comfort were spectacular. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the room and the nice river view. The swimming pool and gym facilities were also great, and the breakfast and lunch buffet were delicious. The location was very convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Despite a bit of construction dust, we had a fantastic experience overall. We highly recommend this hotel.
